Practicing ensembles in the weeks before contest.
6th grade band competed in an in-house solo & ensemble contest this week. Students performed for judges in this two-day event and every student received an award! 15 superior ratings and 7 excellent ratings were awarded for a total of 34 medals and 13 certificates. Also, these students were awarded outstanding solo and/or ensemble and will receive a trophy:
