The Eagles and Lady Eagles both went 8-2 in district play to secure second place spots in district and advance to playoffs. The Eagles were Area Champions and advanced to play in the Regional round. The Lady Eagles finished as Area and Regional Champions, and advanced to play in the TAPPS 3A Final Four. In addition, several players received TAPPS 3A District 1 All-District and All-State honors
